"For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister." (Hebrews 6:10, NKJV)
Some time ago a minister friend encouraged me with these words from this scripture. It came at a time when I really needed to be reminded that when God makes a promise, He is faithful to His word.
We work, we serve, we labor and we love and many times we wonder if it is all worth it. Be it in the church, on our secular jobs or serving in the home, sometimes you may feel as if even God has forgotten you. But you must know that God will, by and by, make good on His promises.
Encourage yourself and someone else with these words. Hold on to your faith. Continue to serve faithfully, and know with a certainty, that GOD HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU.
