From his first book written in 1999 entitled "The Ships of Love: A Relationship Manual for Dating Singles" to his latest book "Thine is the Kingdom", Bishop Fuller has expounded upon God's revelation for the church as well as shared from his own life experiences lessons God taught him. Every book holds a wealth of life changing information. In addition Bishop Fuller was lead to formulate anointing oil as per scripture and offers it to all who knows and wants to experience its power.

It is part of a worldwide movement of apostles and prophets who have discerned and recognized the times (Kairos) in which we live, and what God is up to, building relationships between church leaders and various ministers in Africa and around the world.
